To reply to your enquiry, to judge whether our service is a sensible fit for your business, and — where you have agreed to it — to send occasional follow-up emails if the timing is not right yet. Your answers are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing.
Enquiry details are held in our marketing platform (VBOUT) and in our own business records. If you become a client, your details move into the tools used to run your account.
This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure whether advertising leads to enquiries. When you submit the form, a lead event is sent to Meta. That event can include a hashed form of your email address and phone number, together with browser identifiers set by Meta’s own cookies, so Meta can match the enquiry to the ad that produced it.
Hashing is one-way: it lets Meta check whether an identifier matches one it already holds, without your email or number being sent in readable form. This measurement is what makes it possible to tell which advertising produces real enquiries.
Meta’s Pixel sets first-party cookies. No other tracking cookies are set by this site. You can block these with any content blocker or by disabling cookies for this site; the site and the enquiry form both still work.
Enquiry data is kept for 24 months from your last contact, then deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email [email protected] and it will be actioned. If you are in Canada this covers your rights under PIPEDA; if you are in the UK or EU, under the UK GDPR and GDPR.
If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it.
